Do you allow pets?

Yes, most pets are allowed. A pet agreement, pet deposit, and monthly pet fee are required. Please include your pet information on the Rental Application and we can provide more information regarding the deposit and fees.

 

What is included with the rent payment?

Electricity, utilities, and internet are all included with our rental properties. An electric allowance is given based on the size of the apartment. Internet upgrades are available for an additional charge through our provider, Murray Electric System.

 

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a deposit equal to one month's rent payment is required. The deposit is refundable at the end of the lease if the apartment is clean and left in the same condition as it was when you moved in.

 

What is the term of the lease?

The lease is a 12-month term.

 

What is included in the apartment?

All kitchen appliances (refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, stove/oven), as well as washer and dryer.

 

Do you allow smoking in the apartment?

No, all apartments at West Wind Rentals are smoke-free.

 

What do I need to do if I am interested?

Complete and submit the Rental Application. Once we receive your application we will contact you based on availability. If you are applying for a future date we will add you to our waiting list.
